In this video, I review the top 5 trending teams in the latest 3.4 Genshin Impact Spiral Abyss and some of these comps will truly surprise you! Instead of the usual build guide I dive deep into all of the details of the most popular artifact and equipment choices for the team builds, like the one that's currently really popular is Yao Yao Ayato Nilou Bloom and how it works in the latest 3.4 Abyss or how about On-Field Alhaitham who also has a really cool usage for Hyperbloom team with Kuki in Genshin Impact.

If you're ever in doubt what's the 3.4 team build in Genshin Impact, you literally just have to look at what teams others are building and hopefully get some inspiration to make your very own team!
Genshin Impact is an open-world gacha game that's available on PC, PS4, PS5 and mobile devices (iOS & Android). Genshin Impact features fast gameplay with best RPG elements in an action packed setting.

There’S, quite a lot of new teams you can make in Genshin Impact, and these are the 5 newly popular teams right now, that are all based on the latest 3.4 community data.
Look, by this point.
Everyone knows the most popular teams like Raiden, National or Ayaka Freeze, which, even to this day, are still some of the most used comps in the Abyss, but in this video, I wanna focus on the popular teams that have shown up in the past few updates, including 3.4.
You wanna know where the data came from for these teams, stick to the end of the video, where I will also share my thoughts and what I think of the meta that we have right.
Now., Ok, so starting off with the first team – Nilou bloom has been absolutely dominating the Abyss, but the biggest problem with this comp we had was the lack of team, mate, options., The restriction to run only Dendro or Hydro to enable Nilou’s Bountiful Bloom reactions felt really annoying, especially since you had to include either Kokomi or Barbara.
Just so, you can keep everyone alive.
All of this changed when Yao Yao got released.
I don’t think anybody expected her to be this good thanks to the track record of previous 4-stars, but she really does make a difference in Nilou, bloom, teams., In, fact, she’s, also great in other Bloom or Quicken teams, as well.
The most popular variation right now is Nilou, Nahida, Yao, Yao and Ayato.
A really interesting team comp, because basically, Nilou sets up Bountiful Blooms, Nahida marks the enemies and uses burst to boost EM, Yao Yao is there to apply additional Dendro, boost, EM and provide emergency healing.
While Ayato is an on-field damage, dealer, who also occasionally triggers Bountiful Bloom damage.
Now, you might be wondering – how the heck do you even build a team like that and who triggers those blooms? Well,? The answer is – you build them with an idea that blooms will get triggered by everyone.
Although the majority of Bloom ownership will belong to one or two characters.
But to make it more simple – Nilou is built with full HP artifacts and Elemental Mastery weapon or if you have it, then definitely use the signature.
Weapon, Nahida is using Deepwood artifact set and built with at least 500 to 700 EM, while Ayato is just using his regular damage, dealer build, however, its important.
He gets at least couple of hundred EM from other buffs or substats, since he will trigger some of the blooms as well.
And finally, when it comes to Yao Yao – there’s many different variations to go for, but it seems like a really popular one.
Right now is utilizing the Instructor’s 4-star artifact set to boost everyone’s Elemental Mastery by 120, while the main stats to focus on would be just triple.
Hp or double HP with Healing Bonus.
The weapon could be either Favonius or Black.
Tassel, I personally prefer Black Tassel, because her healing is kinda important for this team and I want to make sure she can restore everyone’s health when they are really low on it.
With this build, Yao Yao can provide additional Dendro application, boost everyone’s Elemental Mastery and most important of all – she can easily keep the team alive by herself, although you will need to go into her burst mode and run around like a crazy person to summon those bunnies, but on the flipside – she by herself gains Dendro resistance, so the Bountiful explosions, self-damage, barely matters to her and everyone’s health can be restored in a few seconds – in fact, the explosions will just keep on happening thanks to her Dendro application, while other off-field applications will come from Nilou’s ring, Nahida’s skill and Ayato’s burst.
Hopefully you’re, not like me and haven’t, been throwing away, Instructors 4-set, because just for this video I finally had to farm it up and it’s, not easy, because its mostly dropped from world bosses.
This set definitely makes a difference for Nilou bloom teams, especially since everyone can trigger the the blooms, so that extra 120 EM really matters, although if you don’t have a good Instructor’s set, you can use any other support.
Set, Yao Yao is honestly really flexible when it comes to building her.
And speaking of flexibility – if you don’t have Ayato, you could go for Childe instead or if you also don’t, have Nahida, then a F2P variation that you could go for would be Nilou, Yao, Yao, Dendro, Traveler and Xingqiu.
It’s, actually, a really nice team that can easily clear the Abyss.
Although I found that its still important to build at least 200% Energy Recharge on Traveler, with something like ER Sands, just to make sure he actives his burst.
I don’t know about you, but Alhaitham has been really growing on me.
I know that Nahida can basically do his job as an on-field Dendro damage dealer, but there’s, something about him.
That’s really captivating.
Actually, two teams that rose up quite high when it comes to Alhaitham comps.
First one is Quicken team with Yae Miko, Zhongli and Nahida, but she can be replaced by Yao, Yao or Dendro Traveler.
This team is really fascinating – I feel like its weaker when compared to the next one I will be talking about in a moment, but the more I invest into Yae, Nahida and Alhaitham.
The stronger it becomes.
And what’s even better – the rotation is super easy to do.
Just unleash Zhongli’s shield, Nahida’s skill and burst, go to Yae and create 3 totems, and if you want to, use her burst and then finally go to Alhaitham and just deal his damage by starting with the burst.
So you can maintain his mirrors for as long as you need.
Still, as much as I love, Quicken teams.
At this point, I feel like just going for a Quick.
Bloom team is a lot more appealing.
And I mean, that’s why this Alhaitham team is pretty popular, which is made up of Nahida, Xingqiu and Kuki.
Although again, Nahida can be replaced with Yao, Yao or Traveler, while Kuki can be replaced with Elemental Mastery Raiden.
Now, the Shinobu here is built with 1000 Elemental Mastery, while Nahida or some other Dendro support uses Deepwood Memories, so that Alhaitham can unleash Dendro damage, efficiently.
If there’s one gripe I had with this team, then it would be Kuki’s healing against enemies with Corrosion – it’s, just not good enough to survive, especially when you’re at the last chamber here with the wolves but then again – maybe I am just bad at dodging.
One important thing I want to mention here would be this cool combo.
You can do with Alhaitham and Kuki.
So, when you unleash Alhaitham’s burst, which is usually when you just switch to him.
It takes about 3 seconds for the burst animation to finish, and what you can do is quickly switch to Kuki, use her skill and switch back to Alhaitham, which by then the burst will be over, and he immediately gains the mirrors.
What’s great about this combo is that you’re saving roughly 2 seconds of Kuki’s skill, so it can stay around for a longer time and cause more Hyperblooms, while you’re dealing damage with on-field Alhaitham.
Just keep in mind.
You kinda need low ping to do this because character switching happens on server-side, but it does seem like the amount of time you get is pretty generous and I really love.
This unique interaction between Alhaitham and Kuki.
Probably, not a surprise, to see him here, but the Wanderer has been floating quite high in the popular team.
And, the most consistent team variation I’ve seen, is Wanderer, Faruzan, Benny and Zhongli.
I wasn’t able to find out how many of these teams have C6 Faruzan, because she can go from just OK to pretty much insane Anemo support, but regardless – this is the team that’s been dominating.
The Abyss and I personally have C6 Faruzan.
So take this with a grain of salt when I discuss the perks of the team.
Now, just like everyone, else, Wanderer can dish out great damage when he has all the supports backing him up.
However, he really shines against floating enemies, like the Golden Wolflord.
His floating becomes actually relevant in the Abyss because, in all honesty – most of the enemy attacks still reach him, so its not like.
He gains a defensive advantage when floating in the air, however, for the few rare enemies that can fly around, he can easily take care of them.
Guess when you need a specialized anti-air, killer, Wanderer will be the one you want in your team.
Everyone here are built with pretty regular builds.
Nothing special, just keep in mind since Faruzan will be holding VV artifact set, Wanderer should be equipped with either Shimenawa’s or DPC 4-set, whichever has better substats.
Right after his initial release, Cyno had a couple of problems, but it seems like at this point, with this specific team.
All of them have been solved and it’s.
No wonder this team became so popular.
This Cyno team is made up of Kuki, Nahida and Xingqiu.
In my initial review, I mentioned how annoying it was that Cyno would often get knocked around during his burst, even if it was stated that he gains resistance to interruption, and… I don’t know maybe it’s just a placebo effect, but with Xingqiu’s Hydro Swords, which provide additional resistance to interruption.
To me, it felt, like Cyno, barely got interrupted when playing him.
I, really like using Xingqiu instead of Zhongli, because he can enable Hyperblooms and they become ridiculously good here and also he provides superb raw damage.
Cyno also previously had to use Traveler to enable his Aggravates, but had to stay inside the circle to refresh Quicken, well with Nahida its easier to enable this and on top of that.
She also provides up to 250 EM from her burst.
Kuki Shinobu is, who surprised me.
You can either build her with full Elemental Mastery or equip her with Tenacity 4-set.
Now I know what you’re thinking – why would I build EM on Kuki, when Cyno will be the one triggering Hyperblooms? Well, to keep it simple – against single targets,? It is kinda bad to have EM set on her.
Since from what I saw during my fights, almost 80% of Hyperblooms will be triggered by Cyno, but on the flipside – her ring has better range than cyno’s Normal Attacks, so some of those Cores will get scooped up by her and.
If you do build her full EM, you can be more lax with Nahida’s build and instead focus on her Dendro damage, so that when her burst gets activated, Kuki’s EM value will be based on it, since you need 1000 of it to fully utilize.
Also, in this showcase, my Cyno, has 116% Energy Recharge, and you can see from this fight.
He almost manages to regain all of the energy against PMA [Perpetual, Mechanical Array] and its mostly thanks to Kuki’s, sustained Electro particles, but just to be clear – my Kuki is above C4, so she generates on average 6 particles, while C0 Kuki would generate 3.5 particles.
Still, I, really like this team, a lot, especially what Xingqiu and Kuki bring to the table because Cyno here is built like a damage, dealer and yet.
He can reach upwards of 28,000 Dmg from hyperblooms, and you can see on the screen here.
What buffs are provided for him to reach this amazing value., Overall, really solid team, and if you don’t have Nahida, you can easily go for Yao, Yao or Dendro Traveler instead.
This last team is a perfect example of when comps are built around the Abyss itself.
Even though when this video goes live, this current Abyss cycle I am showcasing here, will soon change to a new cycle.
I still want to quickly showcase this team and explain to you why it became so popular in the Chinese community.
The comp here is made up Ayato, Kuki, Nahida and Zhongli.
I, already showcased the Kamisato guy in this video and part of the reason why he rose to the top was thanks to the current abyssal moon blessing, which will create an explosion of true damage.
After using Normal Attacks.
And Ayato’s skill is treated as if he is using normal attacks.
So…, you could get upwards of 20k explosions with this Abyssal moon and that’s pretty amazing in my opinion.
This team is almost exclusively used on the 2nd side of the Abyss and that’s because of the annoying Wolf Lord boss, which is where Zhongli comes into the picture, and if you cannot take the boss down before he enters into his shielded, mode, well, Zhongli can easily take care of those little wolf head structures by using his Geo pillars.
And of course, Nahida provides her usual good stuff, while Kuki is built with full EM, so she can trigger Hyperblooms.
Although I guess you could also use EM Raiden instead of her but I do find it funny that the Chinese community didn’t really show that much interest in using EM Raiden here.
You can see why this team rose to popularity because most of the comps are usually built and could be used for at least 1 side of the Abyss, however….
It is possible.
Some teams, like Morgana, could suck for both sides and it’s kinda funny to see its downfall, at least for this current cycle.
These were the most popular teams.
Besides the usual ones, I was able to research for 3.4 update.
Most of this data came from several Chinese websites and apps.
You can find the links in the description, but keep in mind its hard to navigate them without having a citizenship or knowing the language.
Overall, I feel like Dendro is slowly overtaking the whole meta, I am actually really surprised how extremely popular Nahida is, basically any Dendro team I saw, was built with her.
She just provides so much value.
It’s, also great, to see Shinobu on her redemption arc, because she is truly one of the best Hyperbloom damage dealers.
We have right now and she can also bring some utility for characters like Cyno., Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the video, I’d appreciate.
If you could subscribe to my channel and press the like button.
Thanks for watching and see you soon….
